STEP 1

Download The Tapping Solution App

The Release Anxiety Challenge is delivered through The Tapping Solution App which can be downloaded in the App Store or Google Play.

Just click on an image below to be taken to the App Store or Google Play to download the app now (make sure you're on your cell phone).

STEP 2

Join the Private Facebook Group

Community is an incredibly powerful component in our growth.  Make sure to surround yourself with like-minded people in our Private Facebook Group to help you through the 5 day journey!

STEP 3

Turn Notifications on in the App

You can go ahead and set an alarm, put it on your calendar, put up sticky notes... whatever you need to do to remind yourself to do the "You Are Enough" tapping meditation each day, but... 

The best way to be reminded is with the daily push notifications we'll send each day linking you directly into the app!  So make sure to have push notifications turned on on your phone for The Tapping Solution App!

If you have an iphone go to Settings / Notifications / Tapping Solution and toggle on "Allow Notifications"

If you're on an Android device go to...

Introduce Yourself in the Facebook Group!

Post in the Facebook Group or Go Live to tell the Release Anxiety Challenge family your name, where you're from, why you're joining the challenge and what you're hoping to get out of the 5 days!
